You Will Need

14oz Coconut Soy Candle Wax

1.1 oz The eScential Group Myrrh & Saffron fragrance oil

(2) 8 oz Candle Jars

2 Candle Wicks

Instructions

Prepare Your Workspace

  1. Cover your work area with newspaper or a disposable tablecloth to protect it from wax spills.

  2. Set up your containers and wicks. Secure the wicks in the center of each container using a wick holder or by taping them to a pencil laid across the top.

Meting the Wax

  1. Use a double boiler or a heat-resistant container to melt the wax. If you don't have a double boiler, bring a half filled pot of water to a simmer, and add a heat safe container inside the pot.

  2. Add your wax and melt until the wax reaches 185 F ( 85 C).

Adding Fragrance

  1. Take wax off the heat and slowly mix in your eScential Group Fragrance or Essential oil of choice.

  2. Stir for 1-2 mins until evenly distributed.

Assembling

  1. Set aside and let sit until it reaches 135 F (35 C), then pour slowly into prepared candle jars.

  2. Wait 12-24 hours to fully cool the candles, and wait 3-5 days before using to allow candles to cure. Trim candle wick down to 1/4" from the wax.

Light your candle and enjoy!
